Roho

Kondo

The E.P. Roho deals with demons of the heart. Roho means heart in swahili. When making the E.P, Kondo was thinking about ruhani which is a spirit that poses as well as pepo. The music is accompanied by a poem that is still ongoing.

Demon come through

I want to love you I want to love you I want to love I want to love you I want to love you I want to

pepo is winding
down my throat
possessing love
making
wind
pipes smoke
pulls my hair in
the darkness in
moments of love
now now now now
breathe out a sound
with least obstruction
let the breath vibrate
without friction mouth
no   no   no     no

I want to love you I want to love you I want to love I want to love you I want to love you I want to

what makes you want to touch
chimes the trans-
versing drain
sucks me across
beneath
above
beside
amidst
among
through
within
a mountain
vanilla dome cave
my body maps a ghost house
every time I turn my back
spirits polter
ga ga ge ge ga ga ga
pep pep pep pe pepo pepo pepo
heaven meaning peponi meaning to gasp
soundlessly
